Matheson is looking for experienced Corporate Recruiter for our corporate office division recruiting corporate level an executive positions.

As a Corporate Recruiter, you will source, interview, and screen applicants to fill job openings while maintaining current knowledge of company hiring criteria. You will be expected to interview, gather, and analyze information skillfully to obtain a complete application and pre-qualify applicants. You will inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, pay, and special opportunities. Successful candidates will develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with hiring managers.

Primary Skills & Qualifications:

• Have time management skills
• Ability to pass all pre-employment screening assessments
• Ability to multi-task

Education/Experience: 1-3 years transportation or logistics recruitment.

Travel may be required due to training and operational demand

Position may be remote or a hybrid schedule (half remote, half at the office) depending on your location
