This is a freelance role with the possibility of future full time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop breakthrough creative, support and lead concepts, through the power of language, from sketch pad to pitch to final delivery
• Collaborate with creatives, producers and account managers to solve client problems, while making everyone around you better
• Support the creative directors with chemistry akin to Tango and Cash
• Contribute to the Sockeye culture of collaboration, curiosity and wonder
• Keep abreast of culture, especially the world of sports and entertainment (rough one, right?)
• Elevate creative work by ensuring communication is executed to brand and agency standards
• Generate the creation of ideas with tenacious detail—scripts, treatments, storyboards, presentations, and the unexpected
• Foster a collaborative environment where giving and receiving input is encouraged and productive

REQUIREMENTS OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience, preferably in a creative agency for 4+ years
• Passion for great creative work
• A portfolio that showcases creative campaign and storytelling/filmmaking work
• Demonstrate short and long form writing chops
