The Arc of York County's Camp Pennwood is hiring a cook for the 2022 season. The camp will run from July 10th- August 11th. Must be able to work Mon-Fri from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm. Must also be available June 26th, 27th, and 28th from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm. This day camp serves approximately fifty campers per day who range from 6-21 years old.
Responsibilities include:

• Prepare and serve hot/cold lunch every day
• Prepare and provide an alternate sandwich every day
• Create a take-home menu for each camper for the entirety of camp
• Order/purchase food necessary for the duration of camp (including in-between necessities, milk, etc.) within the budget provided by approved retailers
• Prepare and serve an afternoon snack
• Provide a portable beverage to be taken with groups to the pool 2x/a week
• Wash/sanitize dishes and maintain a clean kitchen
• Abide by ALL dietary concerns/restrictions for all campers (allergies, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned
