Kitchen Manager Duties and Responsibilities

• Train kitchen employees
• Oversee schedule of kitchen employees
• Help oversee daily restaurant operations
• Manage food inventory, placing food and beverage orders as needed
• Work with staff to reduce food waste
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations

Kitchen Manager Requirements and Qualifications

• Culinary training and restaurant experience
• Experience working in a high-volume restaurant kitchen is required
• Prior restaurant management roles preferred
• Bilingual communication skills strongly preferred (English/Spanish)
• Organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
