Job Description:

As an AM Breakfast Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast items to order in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. You will collaborate with other kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless breakfast service and guest satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare and cook breakfast items to order, following recipes and guidelines, as well as prepare omlets and eggs cooked to order at omelet station in restaurant.

· Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient breakfast service

· Maintain a clean and organized workstation and kitchen area, following sanitation and safety standards

· Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring consistency and adherence to company standards

· Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction

· Follow proper food handling and storage procedures, minimizing waste and spoilage

· Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies

Requirements:

· Previous experience as a Breakfast Cook or similar role in a high-volume kitchen environment

· Knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques and a passion for culinary arts

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams

· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

· Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

· Flexibility to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs

· Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy items

· Certification in food handling and safety (e.g., ServSafe) is a plus
