The Grill invites guests to enjoy indoor and outdoor seating right on the green of St. Mark Championship Course.
We are looking for experienced prep/line cooks.

What will you be doing?

• Daily preparation.
• Prepping, cooking, and plating food items based on recipes.
• Follow cleaning and sanitation standards.
• Follow all safety procedures when handling kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work 1 station for 2 meal periods, able to prep items on menu and large bulk items, Willing to help in all situations from cleaning, trash removal, working dish machine and more.

What are we looking for?

• Banquet kitchen experience preferred
• 1-2 years cooking experience
• Food Handler’s permit and/or Sanitation Standards certificate
• Must be flexible - Able to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts required. Able to support other Food and Beverage operations and outlets.
• Ability to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environment
• Must be 18+
