The Contract Analyst/Specialist provides contract management and contract system maintenance support to Legal and Contract Administration staff and Seneca Program Managers. The ideal candidate is located in the Northern Virginia area.
Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Primary lead for entry of contract data and documentation into Seneca's Contract Management System and maintenance of Seneca's Contract workload tracker.
- Aid with monitoring and tracking customer requests for contract support.
- Assure proper retention of fully executed contract documentation in the contract file by scanning and uploading an executed copies and supporting documents.
- Analyze data, metrics, and trends and provide findings.
- Facilitate agreement approval and routing process for agreements with Seneca companies and third parties.
- Other duties as assigned.
Basic qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years post-award contract administration and management experience.
- 1+ years of specialized experience with federal government contract management and administration, as a federal employee or as a federal contractor employee.
- Working knowledge and understanding of software applications, like Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, PandaDoc, Monday.com, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS), System for Award Management (SAM), and other procurement software that is currently used by the U.S. government.
- Willingness to learn and curiosity.
- Must demonstrate strong business and organizational skills.
- Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Must be detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Motivated self-starters.
- Attention to detail.
