We are currently looking for an entry level Contracting Specialist to help support our agents and agencies through the carrier onboarding process. The ideal candidate will enjoy helping our agents by answering questions, navigating carrier portals, and generating contracting packets. No prior experience is needed!

This position offers a path for growth and promotion within the department for interested individuals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following

• Documenting incoming agent contracts and following the appropriate workflow for the contracting process
• Preparing contracts for the submission process
• Reaching out to agents to retrieve missing items necessary to complete the onboarding process
• Following up on submitted contracts
• Notifying agents when they receive writing numbers
• Working to resolve service-related issues for agents and marketers

Education and/or Experience:

• High School diploma or 1-2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
