BUSINESS UNIT: Golden Years || LOCATION: Freehold, NJ
Position Summary
This position will provide administrative support for the day to day functions of the Commissions and Contracting/Licensing teams through data management and report generation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Commission statement review, data entry and reconciliation.
- Commission data importing.
- Generating and distributing commission statements both physically and electronically.
- Keying data to quick books to generate commission checks.
- Report generation to track overdue commissions from carriers
- Report generation to track overdue deliveries by agents
- Licensing and Contracting assistance will entail:
- Monitoring and tracking of agents entry into sure LC
- Distributing contracting documents to agents for completion
- Distributing completed contracting to carriers
- Coding agents for proper pay methods and contract level
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documents and data. Ability to create routine reports, emails, presentations, and correspondence in a clear and cohesive manner. Ability to speak effectively before groups of agents or employees.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form.
- Keyboard proficiency.
- Microsoft Suite proficiency.
