Job description

The Grant and Contract Specialist will identify and apply for various grants that meet the organization’s needs, overseeing the grant application process from beginning to end. Position will be supervised by the Organizational Development Director, may be part-time or full-time and is non-exempt. Position may be performed in-person, hybrid, or remote.

· None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Researches various types of grants and contracts available and the criteria to qualify for each.

· Discusses available sources of funding with Organizational Development Director and other departments.

· Compiles necessary information for the application process through collaboration with other employees, database research, and other fact finding actions and meetings.

· Drafts and completes grant and contract applications according to application requirements.

· Ensures grants and contracts are submitted on time and within application parameters.

· Completes all documents, forms, or reports required by the grants and contracts.

· Coordinates the monitoring and evaluation of programs and projects that are funded by grants.

· Develops and maintains master files on grants and contracts and paperwork connected to programs funded by grants and contracts.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.78 - $37.49 per hour
