The role, at a glance:

Biamp is seeking a temporary contractor to work in this position for a duration of 5-6 weeks. This is an entry-level position and requires validation and verification of an audio and visual suite of equipment and associated applications.

How you’ll contribute:

• Test the compatibility of multiple pieces of hardware and associated controller.

• Validate software associated with AV equipment.

• Validate equipment interaction with conferencing applications.

• Document tests and test results.

• Other duties as assigned by your Supervisor.

A successful candidate should have:

The successful candidate will possess the following combination of experience, knowledge and skills:

• Bachelors or equivalent degree in computer science, computer engineering, electronics engineering technology or other technical education.

• Minimum qualifications that must be met to be able to perform at a competent level.

• Read and follow instructions to setup and operate commercial AV equipment and associated controllers.

• Write and execute test cases.

• Provide test reports.

• Move equipment of 25 pounds or less.

Work Environment:

• Onsite office environment.

• Physical requirements: Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
