CompHealth is looking for a Contract Coordinator to join our team. The contracts team is the main point of contact for all divisional contracts for the temporary staffing of both providers and clients. As a Contract Coordinator on the contracts team you will be responsible for the workflow and set up of standard contracts and applicable amendments for both providers and clients. The position will also work directly with internal customers and external vendors to complete fully executed agreements and support processes for divisional teams. This role will report to the Manager of Contracts and Data Management.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute standard provider and client contracts and applicable amendments.
- Contracts database administration to include guideline driven and contract processes
- Communicate with division and/or teams to inform and coordinate required steps in the contract workflow process
- Serve as central contact for standard contract workflow problem solving.
- Coordinate with contract specialists when there are changes or deviations to the standard contracts.
- Provide administrative support to the contracts team, to include contract reporting and auditing to ensure contract compliance.
Qualifications
- Understanding of contract terms
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills (works with multiple systems and programs)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and coordinate multiple step processes
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively in a team environment and across divisions within CHG
- People oriented, task focused, and solution driven
- Prioritize and organize tasks effectively
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
