Ole Mexican Foods, Inc. is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Consumer Care Coordinator to join our team!

Position Summary: The Consumer Care Coordinator is responsible for managing all Customer and Consumer Care department responsibilities and be a part of the Corporate Quality team.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Primary contact for customer and consumer related concerns and feedback regarding Ole Mexican Foods products and making sure, they are addressed properly.
  • Manage issues and feedback from customer and consumers via phone, email, mail, website, and internal issues.
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
  • Assist in other tasks as deemed necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Experience in managing a customer care department or related field
  • Organized
  • Great people skills
  • Excellent Communicator (Verbal and Written)

Software Skills:

  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Software
  • Excellent Computer Skills
