The ideal candidate will be a seasoned consultant and client advisor, understanding how Digital can transform the experiences of customers, employees, and suppliers in Pharmacies and Health insurers while helping them fundamentally re-imagine their strategy and operations. They will fully appreciate the transformation journey required across business and IT. She/he will be passionate and driven to guide our clients through that journey and help them to accelerate and simplify through the product and service solutions we create. They will be confident and comfortable with taking the lead role in shaping, selling, and delivering complex digital consulting programs.

- Have deep and relevant experience in Pharmacy strategy and operations (Specialty pharmacy, Mail order) across the Rx intake to fulfilment journey
- Have deep and relevant experience in Health insurer strategy and operations across the benefit setup, enrolment all the way to provider and service operations
- Have a hybrid personality with a mindset of consultative selling, client delivery and practice development
- Be a seasoned client facing executive having worked in areas of strategy consulting, digital, analytics, automation, and business services.
- Be passionate about digital business transformation and have the ability and experience to drive and inspire their team.
- Have and appreciation for clients’ business processes and assess clients’ digital technology maturity, identify gaps, and develop a strategic digital roadmap
- Be playing a leading role in supporting program/project delivery
- Pull together existing Wipro capabilities to create digital solutions that can be scaled across customers.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 15+ years of strong consulting background with global organizations as well as the healthcare industry
- You have deep market, strategic and operational experience of Pharmacy (Specialty, Mail order) as well as the health insurance industries here in North America
- You have managed healthcare digital transformation programs, leading a project team and interfacing directly with client stakeholders
- Charismatic person with gravitas, liaising directly with senior stakeholders up to CXO level
- Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and closing skills
- Creative and logical thinker, self-starter, problem solver, and quick learner, with the ability to navigate difficult conversations with customers and colleagues in a well-structured and meaningful way
- Experience in working in a demanding, high achieving environment where making sense of ambiguity is the key to success
- Extensive experience working across healthcare strategy, design, operations, and technology.
Responsibilities:
- Keeping a strong eye on value creation, in everything you do – for our clients, for Wipro and finally to our digital consulting practice
- Leading large healthcare (Pharmacy, Health insurer) business transformation programs across business, IT and third parties
- Structuring complex client problems and helping orchestrate the design and execution of cutting-edge solutions, and communicating the solutions to clients
- Managing opportunities through the impact-led / value-led sales process, and leading subsequent delivery
- Identifying and leveraging new digital health innovations, when defining both 'what' solutions will help a client and 'how' solutions (and projects) are delivered
- Building strong relationships both with client and across Wipro organizations
- Developing thought leadership around practice & Wipro priority themes
- Creating and managing long-term goals.
- Developing a budget and operating plan for the practice.
- Developing/refining an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Writing funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services as well as innovation on emerging trends.
- Managing a team with a diverse array of career paths, talents, responsibilities, and aspirations.
- Ensuring goals are achieved with regards to customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
- Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure goals are achieved.
- Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
- Anticipating and mitigating risks.
- Working on go-to-market strategy with the marketing team.
- Business case creation for the client, and management of financials for Wipro
- To be successful in this role, you must effectively lead in both selling and delivering consulting work, that spans across Strategy, Design and Technology...where Digital lives
- In parallel to your client focus, you will work to strengthen and constantly evolve our own internal Digital Business Transformation consulting operations as well as market offerings
- You will be based out any of our Wipro offices in the East Coast or Mid-West, and required to travel to client locations as needed
