Cal Wadsworth Construction (CWC) is looking for a Construction Superintendent. CWC is a general contractor based in Utah serving the Western United States with an emphasis on public and private commercial construction projects.

We have 3 key requirements - our ideal Superintendent:

Other qualifications include:

• Preferred 3-5 years of previous experience as a Foreman, Asst. Superintendent, or lead Super on commercial projects.
• The ability to effectively communicate with owners, architects/engineers, and subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Ability to read and stick to project schedule, schedule trades and subcontractors accordingly.
• Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, & Project. Strong proficiency in using both Bluebeam and ProCore software is a plus.
• Must be able to assist in moving, lifting, carrying, storing, or transporting materials and equipment (must be able to lift at least 80-pound items).
• Must be willing to “put on the bags” when necessary to achieve milestones and project goals.
• Must have the knowledge and experience to creatively solve all field related issues/problems which maintain the project quality and profitability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
