Our company is seeking an experienced and passionate Construction Project Manager who possesses a high level of knowledge and understanding of both the construction industry, and planning and procedure. The right candidate will be tasked with leading various projects throughout our growing organization, and must be comfortable dealing with all aspects of construction.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, designers to determine the specifications of the project.
• Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
• Do work execution
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
• Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
• Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
• Supervise the work of laborers, subcontractors etc. and give them guidance when needed. 9 Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
• Daily checking of job sites
• Responsible for delivering bi-weekly Pay checks
• Responsible for delivering and checking employee timesheets for accuracy
• Communicate directly with homeowners/clients
• Track change orders and submit quickly
• Procure quantities and measurements for design department (tile, floor, etc..)
• Conduct weekly safety meetings
• Comply with OSHA regulations
• Use Buildertrend - Daily logs, pictures, schedule, to-dos
• 20 Quality control on all projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift

Experience:

• Construction management: 5 years (Preferred)
