ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

INFINIUM Wall Systems is a family-owned turn-key manufacturer of interior Glass Wall Systems headquartered in Strongsville, OH. INFINIUM has the need for a full-time Assistant Project Manager that is conscientious, hardworking, and dedicated to join our team with the following:

Responsibilities:

• Support members of the Project Management team by assisting in daily activities.
• Effectively manage all facets of a project from inception through completion.
• Ability to assist with multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• High energy, hyper-communicative, and detail-oriented team player with problem-solving skills
• Assist in establishing a flow of communication with everyone involved at every phase of the construction project, both internally and on the ground

Qualifications:

• Education: bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, architecture, or other industry-related field.
• Years of relevant experience: 1-3 years project management experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Organization, problem-solving, analytical, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
• Results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Some travel required (up to 15%).

The appropriate compensation package will be designed for the right candidate, including health/dental/vision, paid vacation, and 401K plan with a yearly profit-sharing bonus opportunity.
