National Shell Contractors is a full-service shell contracting company located in Deerfield Beach, Florida. We value our clients and provide quality work completed safely, on-time and within budget. Our projects are in Palm Beach,
Broward, and Miami-Dade Counties.

We are seeking a forward-thinking, resourceful and proactive Construction Project Coordinator to join our Shell Construction team.

Summary of Essential Functions

• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate with management and clients to identify and define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals.
• Maintain Submittal Log and coordinate the orderly and expeditious approvals by architects and engineers of all necessary submittals and shop drawings.
• Maintain accurate Change Orders and RFI’s Log.
• Manage the general project file system.
• Document and follow up on important actions.
• Provide monthly support to the Estimating Department with outstanding proposal status.
• Act as a point of communication between company teams and external resources.
• Perform additional tasks or functions in response to directions and priorities set by Program Manager.
• Provide administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

• Project Coordinating: 1 year (Required).
• Construction Industry experience: 3 to 5 years (Required).
• Microsoft Excel (Required).
• Bilingual: Spanish (Preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Documentation management and ability to use project management tools.
• Attention to details even under pressure.
• Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Must be a team player.
