Condensing Coordinator
Would you like to work at a Bakery and have great organizational skills?
Full Time + Benefits
Monday-Friday 8 AM - 4 PM
No late nights Closed Sundays Closed Holidays
Primary Duties:
Condense, organize, and date cookies and baked goods to company quality standards
Organize and maintain coolers and freezers in a neat and orderly fashion
Conduct product inventories in coolers and freezers
Distribute products to the finishing department as needed
Properly rotate products
Pull product as needed to fulfill orders and store needs
Operate a tempering machine, to half-dip cookies in chocolate
Requirements:
Passion for exceptional products in a supportive team environment
Previous commercial baking or food service experience helpful, but not required
Baking/Pastry Arts Degree helpful but not required
Work In commercial freezers and coolers rotating product and completing inventory
Organizational Skills
Attention to Detail and Presentation
Trouble Shooting and Team Player
Basic Math Skills
Ability to lift and carry trays/product, push/pull full cabinets
Ability to bend, reach, stand 8+ hours
Ability to work near ovens and in coolers/freezers
Must pass background and drug screening
