Our concierge are responsible for answering questions, giving directions, and making detailed reservations and recommendations for our exciting area. This position requires knowledge of hotel services, local events and venues, and transportation options. As our concierge, you’ll have the opportunity to engage in casual conversation with our guests and delight in indulging special requests. As you continue to build relationships with our outstanding team and guests, you will also continue to build and foster relationships in our Lake Tahoe community, truly connecting our guests with an amazing experience!

Due to COVID-19 cleanliness protocols, this role may call for new duties to ensure safety and cleanliness of frequent touch points and all colleagues must adhere to our COVID-19 prevention plan: wearing mask, temperature check and cleaning/disinfecting areas outside department.

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding and experience in the greater Lake Tahoe area
• Previous hospitality and/or customer service experience preferred
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
