Acara Solutions is looking for Computer Operator/Print Production Specialist for our Client located in Costa Mesa, CA
- Maintains and operates branch production computer processing and printing systems. Performs normal maintenance and cleaning of printers including but not limited to, replacing toner, fuser oil, waste containers, clearing printer jams and coordinating vendor maintenance when need in order to ensure proper operation of printers and meet production requirements.
- Loads and unloads required paper stock to ensure printers are running at optimal performance.
- Coordinates and performs timely daily processing and printing on multiple platforms.
- Coordinates computer processing jobs and monitors processes to ensure successful completion.
- Reports computer processing issues to support groups when necessary and partners with support rep to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
- Completes all daily processing production logs in accordance with Fulfillment Center and audit procedures.
- Complies with all security and audit procedures by procedures and policy in order to protect client information and prevent theft or fraudulent use of a client asset.
- Coordinates payroll workflow to Fulfillment Specialists in order to meet daily production deadlines.
- Participates in execution of all quarter-end and year-end print processing within the established specifications and schedules to ensure timely completion of processing.
- Maintains inventory of supplies to meet payroll processing and quarter/year end requirements.
- Coordinates and or executes system testing and process improvements as needed to ensure accuracy of all internal systems processing.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Computer Operator/Print Production Specialist
