Computer Hardware and Software Technician
Job description
The Computer Hardware and Software Technician is responsible for the support, installation and configuration of computers in a networked environment.
Responsibilities:
· Assists in Troubleshooting and maintaining PC Hardware
· Provides technical support and assistance to employees
· Trains for new technologies as they arise
· Assist with phone and/or cell phone issues as well as internet services
· Assists in IT clerical duties
· Assists in configuration and deployment of PC Hardware
· All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Associate's technical degree or two years technical working experience
· Ability to communicate technical language in layman's terms
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Extensive computer knowledge
· Training experience
· Analytical ability
· Ability to be creative
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
