BROAD DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

Essentially is an entry level position for later achievement to Project Engineer. Performs CAD Drafting of assemblies and detail parts under the direction of an Engineer. Performs any and all supportive duties assigned by Engineering Supervisor.

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES

1.) Creates drawings on CAD for submission to Manufacturing, Purchasing or Sales. Direction given by Estimator/Project Engineer.

2.) Maintain CAD Library, performs periodic backups, maintains control of CAD Sub-directories

3.) Runs prints on plotter or blueprint machine as required.

4.) Files prints and other engineering documents.

5.) Maintains logs of Item Master numbers and pattern numbers.

6.) Performs keying operation of Item Master Data and/or Product Structures on mainframe under direction of Engineering Supervisor.

Education

Solid works Intermediate and Advanced Certifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
