What you’ll do
- Provide input, support the design, development, delivery, and management for the Ethics & Compliance Ambassador program as well as support organizational change, training and communications for other initiatives and campaigns.
- Assist with program planning and supervising program progress to ensure that achievements are being met across various initiatives.
- Create and design program materials, videos, presentations, and communications
- Basic understanding of how behaviors affect people and dynamics of an organization and a general understanding of effective department programs.
- Be creative and resourceful to drive interest and engagement with Ethics & Compliance Ambassador program and other initiatives.
- Assist in analyzing data to identify risk areas that need coverage.
- Basic awareness of primary legal and regulatory framework that apply to risk assessment processes. Assist with coordinating and facilitating monthly compliance training & engagement activities
- Understand the strengths and challenge areas of an ethics and compliance program.
- No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.
Four-year degree with a preference in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, Finance or related. Minimum of two years professional level compliance experience.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
- Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to collect, analyze and summarize accounting data. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
- Strong project/program management and experience handling large and sophisticated projects.
- Intermediate knowledge of computer software and hardware (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel & Smartsheet). Advanced organizational skills, attention to detail. Ability to work on contending priorities with proactive approach to routine and non-routine occurrences. Work flexibly to accommodate other time zones.
- Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and make due dates. May develop, recommend, and implement improvements in department efficiencies, process, procedure, and/or policy. Resolves raised questions and problems within the department.
- Responsible for setting own project timeframes. Able to handle multiple projects. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
