Job description

Condustrial, Inc. is seeking a reliable, hard-working individual to join our construction team as a Laborer. The successful candidate will have experience lifting heavy equipment and working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, the ability to work without supervision and can bear the stress of working your scheduled shift and meeting deadlines.

This position is swing shift, 4 weeks of days then 4 weeks of nights. Two different schedules available. Wednesday – Saturday and Sunday – Wednesday. Working 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Perform heavy manual labor.
• Be able to do physical work on uneven terrain.
• Handle, lift, and move heavy objects.
• Read work orders.
• Work safely around heavy machinery and dangerous equipment.
• Work with a team of coworkers.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to and from work every day, preferably your own vehicle.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment drug testing. 90 day hair follicle, including THC
• Must be able to work the schedule above.
