INSURANCE -Commercial Marketing Lead

In the Commercial Marketing Lead position, you will:

• Grow New Business Accounts by converting incoming leads, warm calls, online quote requests, client referrals and organic opportunities into sales.
• Support Agency Principals quoting and issuing new business.
• Support Agency Producers quoting and issuing new business.
• Utilize agency custom CRM to support sales cycle and automation of follow ups, which then boosts opportunity funnel and close ratio.
• Utilize agency management system – EZLynx
• Provide the highest quality of professional service to every customer.
• Maintain knowledge of products.
• Quote and Issue new policies.
• Review and process all incoming correspondence and respond in a timely manner.

Compensation & Benefits:

• This position can be – in office, hybrid, or 100% remote. In office or hybrid preferred if candidate is near and reasonable commute to our agency.
• Salary Plus, Commissions & Bonus Opportunity
• Starting Based on Prior Experience.
• Salary range $45,000 - $75,000

Requirements for Commerical Marketing Lead position:

• Property and casualty insurance license is required.
• Must have knowledge of commercial lines insurance coverages and products.
• Familiarity with the operations of an Independent Insurance Agency
• Previous insurance experience required.
• Must be customer service oriented.
• Must have the ability to work independently and possess organization skills to manage numerous, varied, detailed tasks.
• Must have computer skills and ability to use Office software programs.
• Applicant must be articulate and friendly, demonstrate professional appearance and have a strong work ethic.
• Endorse technology over “old school” models.

Salary: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
