Moxie Pest Control in Salt Lake City, Utah, is looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a collections specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting our customers to collect outstanding debts. You will negotiate payment plans and issue reminders while providing excellent customer service.

• Monthly commission opportunity ($16 base pay with up to $1150 commission)

Key responsibilities:

• Contacting debtors to collect outstanding balances
• Negotiating payment plans and settlements
• Recording and updating account information in a database
• Issuing reminders and final notices
• Responding to customer inquiries and disputes
• Meeting performance targets and deadlines
• Assisting customers with any requests on call

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and setting appointments for customers in two different branches
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues
• Inbound and outbound calls
• Ensure Customer Service levels are met or exceeded

Skills, Traits, and Attributes:

• Attention to detail
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proficiency with computers and basic office software
• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
• Ability to function as a role model, ensuring that the customer remains the top priority
• Ability to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines, and follow up on all collection activity
• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
