We are looking for a Collections Rep to assist customers and collect outstanding payments.
Full Time with (Flexible Hours)

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Negotiate Payments and notate account
• Update account status records and collection efforts

Skills:

• Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques (e.g. skip tracing)
• Familiarity with laws related to debt collection (e.g. FDCPA)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Multi-tasking
• Comfortable working with targets
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Skilled in negotiation
• Problem-solving skills

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
