Job Details for Remote Collections Rep:

  • Schedule: Full time 40 hours week. Must work 2 nights a week and 2 Saturday mornings per month
  • Pay Rate: $15/ hour
  • Computer equipment provided
  • Fully remote position but MUST be able to pick up computer equipment in person in Philadelphia, PA

Job Responsibilities & Description for Remote Collections Rep:

  • Make outbound calls for collections
  • Set up customers on payment plans
  • Utilize computer software including Microsoft Excel

Job Requirements for Remote Collections Rep:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must have at least 3 years of prior experience in collections-3rd party preferred/ negotiating experience
  • Must have functional knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers and be self driven to work remotely
