SignatureMD, the country’s leading personalized healthcare service company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative / Collections Specialist for its Boca Raton office. At SignatureMD, our physician practices provide proactive and often prevention-centric care that is highly personalized. The members of these practices are treated like a person, not a number. They are able to see and reach their physician whenever they need them. Our team works hard every day to deliver a “White Glove” experience to the members.
Our Customer Service Team is the primary contact point for our physicians and members. The Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are responsible to deliver a highly professional and helpful experience for the members of SignatureMD’s concierge medicine service and work closely with the staff of our 200+ physician practices, answering questions, overseeing members’ past due accounts and engaging prospective new members.

Specific duties of the Customer Service Representative include:
· Making and taking many phone calls and emails per day.
· Entering and running credit cards.
· Updating accounts with credit card numbers, addresses, phone numbers, etc.
· Typing notes on the member’s account documenting the conversation.
· Creating and sending letters.
· Problem solving difficult members/accounts.
· Updating Accounts receivable list.
Applicants for the Customer Service position must:
· Have at least 2 years of call center or customer service, required.
· Possess medical billing/collections experience, a plus but not required.
· Have a pleasant and friendly demeanor on the phones and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced
team environment.
· Be proficient in Microsoft Windows.
· Possess strong verbal/written communication and telephone etiquette skills.
· Have a High School diploma or equivalent business experience.
· Must be flexible to work a shift Monday through Friday, between 8:00am to 8:00pm EST
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
