Responsibilities

In this role, you will oversee all food and beverage operations

• Youll build, train, coach, and supervise an exceptional team of baristas, cooks and shift leads
• Youll collaborate with the Management team to define and execute the business strategy and financial targets
• Model and inspire excellent customer service and sales practices at all times
• Oversee adequate order pars, reduce waste and maintain freshness of all food, beverage
• Work with the Leadership team to monitor inventory levels
• Create and post schedules in a timely manner that provides adequate coverage of shop needs and accommodates scheduling limitations whenever possible
• Hire new staff, oversee training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,964.95 - $49,334.13 per year
