Job description

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for programming and operating our CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and components.

Responsibilities:

• Develop CNC programs for a variety of machines, including lathes, mills, and routers.
• Collaborate with engineers and machinists to optimize part designs for efficient production.
• Ensure that all parts meet quality standards and specifications.
• Set up and operate CNC machines as needed.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with CNC machines and programs.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance the performance and efficiency of CNC machines.
• Maintain accurate records of programming activities and machine settings.
• Train other team members on the proper use of CNC machines and programming techniques.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in CNC programming and machining.
• Proficiency in programming MaterCam, G-code and M-code.
• Knowledge of machining processes and techniques.
• Familiarity with CNC machine operation and maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
