Visumatic is searching for an experienced Machinist who can fabricate complex parts and follow strict machining processes for proprietary parts. Must be proficient with manual machine shop equipment such as mills, lathes, drill presses, grinders, band saws, brakes, heat treating, etc. Experience with set-up and operation of CNC machining centers is a plus.

High School Degree required. Accredited Trade School is a plus.

Three (3) years experience recommended

Mills, Lathes, CNC turning, CNC milling, EDM, Heat Treating, Sheet Metal, Welding, CMM, Haas, Hardinge, Bridgeport

Standard Skills: Sharp math and trig skills, speeds, feeds, tool selection

Advanced Skills: G-code, Haas, Hardinge, Fanuc, MasterCAM for milling, turning and wire EDM

Organized, accountable, dependable
