Main Responsibilities

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with developmental disabilities
• Monitor and report changes in the client’s status
• Assist with personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients
• Provide companion and homemaking care
• Provide specialized assistance such as medication reminders
• Teach family members ways to care for their loved ones
• Ensure the client’s safety

Full description

We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services. Caregivers will provide 1-1 services in patients' homes in accordance with an established care plan. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Find a case that is compatible with your schedule. • Clean up after a patient.
