We are Home Health Advantage. A patient centered, home health agency looking for an assistant clinical manager for our rapidly growing organization.
We are searching for an ideal candidate with experience working in the home health care industry that is reliable, organized, a team player, and who has great attention to detail.
The assistant clinical manager will be in constant contact with our patients/families, clinicians, Physicians and Referring sources. Their role is to facilitate all functions of patient’s care. The assistant clinical manager will work very closely with agency supervisor (clinical director) to ensure compliance, optimal patient care and timely services by our clinical staff.

Home Health Advantage is also licensed as a home health agency by the Department of Public Health.

Requirements:
- LPN
- At least one year of experience in Home Health Settings
- Customer interaction/customer service experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office along with strong data entry skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, communication and customer service skills
- Ability to take initiative and problem solve
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Experience working to obtain insurance verification, initiate per-certifications, and enter insurance data correctly to ensure the billing process runs smoothly
- Working knowledge of Medicare, commercial, private pay providers and regulations.
- Electronic Medical Records experience a plus. We are currently using a software program called Axxess
- Resolve simple to moderately complex issues, corrects errors and refers complex issues to supervisor
- Maintain a tracking sheet of pending orders
