Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Client Services/Inside Sales professional, you will be responsible for inbound and outbound customer education and sales while organizing work and project schedules for our craftsmen. You will be a key component in the management of our daily schedule. Your specific duties in this role will include:

• Answer phones and respond to all job leads in a timely manner
• Educate customers with information and expert advice on our services, capabilities, rates, and availability
• Estimate projects over the phone
• Coordinate the schedule for multiple craftsmen and projects utilizing our dispatching & schedule management software
• Document detailed notes for each job on a daily basis
• Return customers calls in a timely manner and follow up with past customers
• Paperwork and filing
• Assist in solving operational logistics to ensure a smooth customer journey

Job RequirementsWe are looking for professionals who are highly organized and detail-oriented, with great prioritization and multi-tasking skills. It is important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to interact effectively with both our customers and our craftsmen. You will need a strong solution-focused attitude. You must be a team player! Specific qualifications for the role include:

• 3+ years strong customer service/inside sales skills
• 3+ years of administrative/scheduling experience
• Comfortable with a selling process and willing to lead customers through a buying decision by following the Ace Service Path
• Adaptive to technology
• Adept at using multiple software applications; Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word
• Exceptional communication and organization skills
• CRM software experience, a plus
• Construction experience, a plus
