We are in need of an entry-level Client Service Trainee to join the team to help with these extensive goals!

Our entry-level Client Service Trainee is compassionate, loves working with a team, and is a go-getter ready to achieve large goals and over-deliver with results. Our entry-level Client Service Trainee works with people, is an expert in our clients’ offerings, and provides support throughout the sales process through delivery.

Responsibilities for our next entry-level Client Service Trainee:

• Communicate with upper management, compliance, and quality assurance regularly regarding our product campaigns, ensuring each entry-level Client Service Trainee is exceeding expectations
• Learn and possess the expertise in product knowledge to apply top-notch presentations of client products and services
• Position and present products and services to each customer, based on their personalized wants and needs
• Provide customer service support and answer questions regarding products and services, to ensure confidence in the customer throughout the sales process
• Interact with clients and customers regularly and provide insight to achieve all goals and quotas on project campaigns
• Support the entry-level Client Service Trainee and other management members on all projects and daily responsibilities

Qualifications we look for in an entry-level Client Service Trainee:

• An Associate’s Degree or equivalent in business management, administration, or alike field is highly desirable
• 1-2 years of experience in a retail, hospitality, client services, or people-focused field is required
• The ability to multi-task, and take on multiple projects at once with minimal oversight
• Excitement to work in a fast-paced environment with other entry-level Client Service Trainees
• A team-player personality, with a contagious and positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.50 per hour
