You will build strong client relationships and be the go to person for all client-related matters. Your ability to connect with others and persuasive communication skills will ensure that clients feel heard and valued. You will coordinate with our internal team to resolve any client issues and facilitate client requests and feedback to improve overall client satisfaction.
You will be responsible for managing the administrative and logistical details of client accounts, ensuring everyone is getting along with everyone else. Position Overview:
- Highights: Putting out fires, onboarding/training new caregivers, Assisting clients
- Job Type: Client Care Coordinator, Patient Care Coordinator, Care Manager
- Work Hours: Full Time
- Compensation: $18-$22/hr
- Bonus: 10-30%+
- Year-round Florida sunshine
Required Experience:
- 5+ years in Senior Care
- 3+ years leading teams of 50+ caregivers
- 5+ years in Home Care preferred
