We are looking to hire a Cleanroom Supervisor role for the LA area. This role will be a supervisor for various of our client sites through out the Los Angeles area and driving is required meeting point is our office in Long Beach, CA 90815.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:00PM-11:30PM (OT Required)

Summary/Objective
The Cleanroom Supervisor position manages Cleanroom operations that facilitate the maximization of resources to achieve customer satisfaction, productivity, schedule adherence and economic goals.

Essential Functions

• Oversee Cleanroom/Critical Environment operations for designated customer sites.
• Supervise, plan and coordinate the regional cleaning operation.
• Continually monitor the cleanroom cleaning operations to ensure all activities are completed promptly and correctly.
• Responsible for staff development in areas such as cGMP training, technical skills, safety, and performance management
• Monitor daily work hours to remain within budgetary guidelines.
• Establish and maintain open lines of communication with employees.
• Ensure proper usage of supplies and equipment through the training and development of employees.
• Communicates staffing changes to Branch Manager.
• Conduct building inspections on a routine basis, frequent walk throughs.
• Find and define problems, resolve cleaning issues, and use these in making appropriate recommendations to management staff, employees to exercise continuous quality improvement and to exceed customer expectations.
• Assist cleaning staff in duties when necessary.
• Review safety-training topics with employees.
• Manage inventory of cleaning equipment and notify Branch Manager of repairs needed.
• Adhere to company guidelines for employee relations, employee discipline and termination procedures.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
• Works in controlled environments where strict rules and procedures must be followed to prevent contamination.
• Wears specific critical environments garments while working for safety purposes.
• Follows and executes critical environments instructions/documentation.
• Candidate will conduct Clean room, Micro Cleaner & GMP duties
• Strip and Wax Floors

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment, or medical buildings, and/or other industry buildings, depending on accounts. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk several times a day across multiple job sites.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to push a broom or mop; bend, reach, stand and walk for extended periods.
• Repetitive use of hands, wrists, arms, and legs, including climbing stairs and ladders, kneeling, crawling and squatting.
• Valid CA driver’s license.
• Minimum five years of Janitorial industry experience within a Managerial or equivalent position.
• Experience in project management to include planning, leading, directing, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of best cleaning practices within the commercial cleaning industry.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook and via cloud based technology).
