Essential Job Functions:

This position is responsible for supporting the Claims Technical Review ("CTR") Team. The work activities will include:

• Support CTR audits, including data collection and report generation
• Generate periodic reports for management for quarterly and yearly meetings
• As the lead user of our audit system, ensure access and availability for all CTR staff
• Create, run, and manage PowerBI reports
• Participate in departmental initiatives and projects as needed

Position Requirements

• The candidate should have 3-5 years’ experience in the insurance industry
• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but will also look at relevant job experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of claims processes, compliance requirements, and strong analytical capability
• Experience with a claims case management system and understanding of the claims lifecycle preferred
• Excellent organization skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
