We are seeking Dealership Experienced Chrysler Service Advisors to grow our winning team!

Service Advisors must recommend proper care of their vehicles to our valued customers and explain the value of maintaining their vehicles for optimal performance. Service Advisors must be customer oriented with excellent people skills. Successful Service Advisors are ambitious, problem solvers that thrive in a very fast paced environment. Customer satisfaction is high priority.

Service Advisor Job responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Greeting customers promptly and warmly
• Obtaining customer and vehicle information
• Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Determining and recommending needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
• Preparing a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
• Establishing follow up time
• Monitoring the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
• Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order with ADP system
• Explaining all completed work and charges to customers during active delivery
• Proven track record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
• CHRYSLER experience, and CDK computer experience a plus!
• Personal and professional integrity, work well with others

Requirements: You must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, a clean driving record, clear a background check and drug test.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
