**Must attend minimum 5-day corporate training in DFW upon hiring** - (per diem provided)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Hire, Manage and Train staff of 3-4 employees
- Create all staff schedules along with daily duties/checklists for all staff members
- Manage day to day operations of Open-Play, Store Activities, and Private Events
- Covering of any shift due to staff vacancies
- Keeping up with all store inventory and placing orders with PSM representative
- Must be Organized + Detail Oriented
- Must have experience working with children
- Provides excellent customer service in person and while answering phone inquiries
