Growing Minds in Berkey, OH is looking for two to three childcare workers available between the hours for 6am-6pm to join our strong team of caring professionals. We are located on 12244 Sylvania-Metamora Road. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, reliable, kind, understanding, patient, and hardworking.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor children's indoor and outdoor activities
• Keep records of children's progress, routines, and interests and relaying needed information to parents
• Assist in preparing food and serving meals
• Maintain a clean and sterile environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience in this field is a plus (starting wage based on experience)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, bend and stand
• Ability to obtain CPR certification and pass background screening

Pay: $11.50 - $13.00 per hour

Experience:

• Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
• Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
