Twickenham Advisors is looking for an energetic candidate for a full-time Chief Growth Officer role. The Chief Growth Officer is an important member of our executive leadership team and leads the organic and inorganic growth efforts of the firm to achieve it's revenue and profitability growth targets. You will be asked to lead a team of advisors and important partners. We are looking for will meet the following requirements:Responsibilities
- Oversee us achieving the annual growth targets set forth by management team. Includes leading the implementation of our strategy for growth.
- Contribute to our management team by making company goals, set the firm vision and ensure the Twickenham culture is maintained.
- Create new client acquisition in our markets and build a pipeline of prospective Twickenham Advisor clients or referral sources.
- Build the organic sales pipeline for the entire firm.
- Lead a team of advisors through their career lifecycle and professional development.
- Partner to team of advisors to ensure personal growth targets are met on an annual basis.
- Collaborate with appropriate business leaders to conduct joint sales calls, prepare proposals/presentations and consult on pricing.
- Work with management and Hightower Team to identify potential sub-acquisition or M&A targets.
- Use community relations and professional network to develop new centers of influence and enhance existing partnerships to produce new leads and facilitate introductions
- Partner with current and prospective centers of influence to build firm awareness and position the full spectrum of our services and value proposition to meet client needs.
- Engage with management and partners to establish and accomplish the appropriate activities and strategies to identify and pursue new opportunities and onboard new clients.
- Manage our sales process and ensure a best-in-class prospect to client experience.
- Provide management with insights on industry trends, best practices and service offering needs to support our growth.
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy and plan to help build new business development opportunities, client and professional referrals and brand awareness.
- Maintain accurate and complete sales administration tasks as determined by the business.
- Participate at a leadership level with main community organizations and seek opportunities to produce positive public awareness.
- Bachelor's degree in business or other related field from an accredited college or university
- 10+ years experience in the financial services industry
- Series 66 and Series 7 license preferred or ability to obtain
- Experience selling to all clients
- Experience working with individuals at all levels of an organization, specifically with executive-level decision-makers
- Direct management experience leading and developing a team of important partners
- Demonstrated knowledge and facilitation of sales cycle / process
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, prospective clients, internal and community contacts
