You will have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:

Manage the firm’s internal financial processes

• Forecasting
• Budgeting
• Profitability analysis
• Billing and collections
• Cash flow

· Oversee the firm database for effective reporting

• Internal financial reporting
• Monitoring of KPI’s
• Tax planning and reporting

· Assist with human resource management

• Salary administration
• Benefits administration
• Resource allocation

· Participate in leadership team meetings

We train our team to help them succeed and everyone on our team contributes to our success. In this role you will be accountable to hit key targets, which will be determined by the partner group.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Minimum of bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with at least 10 years of experience in accounting or finance, including a minimum of five years in a management role is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $125,000.00 per year
