Are you an experienced nurses aide and enjoy helping co-workers succeed? If so, this position may be for you!! We are looking for strongly motivated, experienced, caring individuals to help train our new evening / night shift CNA team members!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Train and mentor newly hired Resident Care Assistants (RCAs) to ensure best practices are followed in personal care home / skilled nursing setting.
Assisting elderly residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, transferring, eating, and more.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to Pass Criminal Background Check
  • Prior personal care experience preferred, but not required.
