JOB DETAILS:
- Title: Certified Medical Assistant
- Location: Marietta, GA 30062
- Shift: 8 hours shift needed between 7:45 am-4:45 pm & 8 am-5 pm; Mon to Fri;
- Duration: 13 week(s) contract with strong possibility of extension
- Experience: 1 year of experience needed
Job Description:
- Obtaining and recording patient medical histories, vitals, test results, and other information for medical records while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Coordinating the daily administrative activities, including scheduling, patient check-in and check-out, and patient medical record maintenance.
- Set-up EKG machines, administer injections and medications, and perform routine specimen collection and tests Prepare equipment and examination rooms, and clean instruments.
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and equip exam rooms with appropriate supplies
Certification:
- BLS certification preferred
- Active certification as a Medical Assistant
- Covid card required
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
Experience:
- EPIC EMR systems: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
