Job description

We are a close-knit privately owned Pediatric practice that has been in business for 16+ years. We have locations in Beaver Dam and Waupun. Excellent attendance is a must. We do require certification to be employed as a medical assistant at this practice. This CMA position is primarily taking care of patients in a nursing role, but will be cross-trained to work at the front desk as needed.

Nursing responsibilities include rooming patients, obtaining histories, taking vitals, administering vaccines, in-house lab testing, patient messages.

Front desk responsibilities include checking patients in, verifying insurance, taking payments, answering phones, scanning, faxing.

Influenza and TB screening required for employment. Covid vaccine preferred.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

• Certified Medical Assistant (Required)
