Central Service Area - Senior Director of Operation
Job description
The Senior Director of Operations is responsible for administrative support, supervision and development of multiple Regional PHP/IOP sites and programs. The incumbent assists the Vice President of Operations to coordinate leadership and operations of multiple sites and programs within a designated Service Area, to ensure proper management and effective operation of the delivery of patient care services in accordance with behavioral health standards and departmental policies and procedure.
- Building partnership relationships. Build and maintain critical external relationships with hospitals, systems, associations, professional societies, and organizations we call Strategic Partners.
- Being a strong organizational leader. Manage, lead, and develop relationships within Rogers Behavioral Health (RBH), a complex, matrixed organization. This leader will own all work within their facilities and will have responsibility for supporting a team of professionals. Strong relationships with other RBH leaders and teams, as well as staff throughout the organization, are required to be successful as the Senior Director.
- Being a proven Director/Manager with a track record of achieving results. Establish goals and objectives and measure, set and achieve targets as developed. Will scan for and establish new partnerships and opportunities, and will work with the Regional Administrative team to recommend and drive new and existing business concepts. Experience with vetting and guiding the set-up of new programs, projects, products, and contracts will be necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for proper staffing levels, timely recruitment of high-quality candidates, proper training of new employees, employee development, and employee satisfaction within the workplace
- Partners with Clinical Director, Clinical Supervisors, and Associate Medical Director to ensure patient satisfaction goals
- Partners with marketing team to identify new business opportunities and promote Rogers services
- Responsible for managing outpatient budget and for reporting out monthly KPI’s
- Provide project update summaries to senior leadership
- Responsible for overseeing and assuring compliance of Federal, State, and Joint Commission regulatory guidelines
- Ensures continuity of operations and care with Rogers policies and procedures
- Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in business administration, health care administration, behavioral health, or related field
- Min of 5 years of leadership experience in behavioral health
- Ability to quickly build relationships with people
- Strong analytical skills to drive strategy, execution, evaluation
- Able to adapt to changing situations and problem solve
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of healthcare agency regulations, such as Joint Commission, State and Federal
- Proficient with Microsoft products(Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Must pass pre-employment background and drug screen
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID unless approved for medical/religious exemption
