THE R CHILD STEAM Center Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire operations including management of facilities, hiring and management of staff, scheduling, financial and sales reporting, marketing team and efforts, providing exceptional customer service, supporting relationships with suppliers/partners, and maintaining inventory. The successful candidate has strong leadership, drive and enthusiasm, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, problem solving and people management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales, meet sales and attendance targets.
- Promote events, classes, birthday parties, drive client engagement and improve customer retention.
- Manage the team, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Act as Camp Director during summer and Days Off School Camps.
- Provide exceptional customer services to our customers.
- Effectively communicates with guests, employees, and management.
- Competently diffuses difficult situations while protecting the integrity and safety of our staff, facility and policies.
- Maintain relationships with the suppliers and partners, ensuring stable operations and fulfillment.

- Weekly reports: revenue, trial classes, class average enrollment, conversion rate into semester. Discovery enrollment - average capacity, new clients, session packs (memberships)
- Monthly reports: revenue, net profit, net profit margin, revenue gross rate, marketing ROI, customer turnover rate (Learning Center).
- Quarterly reports: customer retention rate, customer satisfaction index, customer complaints, customer turnover rate (Discovery Center).
- Yearly reports: LTV, revenue, enrollment, net profit, net profit margin, revenue gross rate, marketing ROI, customer turnover rate.
Education and Experience:
· 2-3 years working in a retail environment
· Experience working in education is a plus
· 2-3 management experience
· Bachelor Degree is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
